When will you process my order?
All orders placed Monday–Friday EST will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays or major inclement weather events. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST from Friday-Sunday will ship the next business day.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.
What is the estimate for delivery?
We ship to most countries and use various couriers depending on the destination and, as a result, shipping times may vary. You will receive an email from Dreem once your order has shipped with your tracking details.
How do I exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchange on our selections (With the exception of damaged, wrong orders). Please check the product's full details before placing an order. You may also contact our team who will happy to assist you before before buying.

Do you offer discounts and promotions?

What can I do if my payment is declined?
We recommend checking that your card's billing details (such as the security code and zip code) match what you’ve entered into our system, and that your card is not expired.
Also your card issuer may have declined your payment. In this case, it is best to check with them before trying to place a new order again. If none of these apply, please Contact Us and we will happy to help!
