How long does it take to ship?
Shipping typically take 21 days. Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.
Your order may be split if it contains multiple items to ensure timely delievery of your order.
Deliveries may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Dreem does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

How can I track my order?
Keeping you informed of your order status is our top priority. You will recive an email from Dreem once your order is placed, process and shipped with the tracking information. Please keep an eye on you inbox for your order update emails.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 2 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and will not be able be able to cancel or update your order after mentioned 2-hour time frame.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?
During our sale or promotion periods, we receive a high volume of orders, and processing times can be longer than usual. Please allow for a little bit of extra time to receive your order as our team is working hard to process all orders.
